Payment&Collection

Payment:
♥ Payment should be made ONLY by meetups OR concealed cash.
♥ You must bring the EXACT amount.
♥ All payment must be made before I place your order.*
♥ Payment must be made within 5 days for sprees.

You are only allowed to made payment after 3days if I am not free.

Meetups:
This is strongly advised as it is safer than concealed cash.
Meetup location is strictly to my convenience as it is FOC.
It is also restricted to MRT stations unless it is to my convenience.

Concealed Cash:
All payment made through concealed cash will be at buyer's own risk.
Shoppe-cp will not be responsible for lost mails. Buyers are advised to use coloured envelopes so that people won't be able to see its content.
My address will be provided when your orders are confirmed.

*This excludes Taiwanese Idols merchandises/albums as I will place the order as soon as I'm informed there are still stocks available.



Collection:
Collection of purchases can be made via Meetups; Normal Postage; Registered Postage.

Meetups: Meetups are strongly advised as it is safer because I'm handing it to you personally.
There will be a charge to meetup at your convenience.#

Normal/Registered Postage
All postage fees will be borne fully by buyer.#
Normal postage will be at buyer's own risk and I will not be responsible for lost mails.
Registered postage will be safer AND more expensive.

Ordering

Ordering:
♥ Email subject should be filled as "Orders: Items you are ordering" OR "Orders"
♥ Relevant order forms should be COPIED AND PASTED in your email sent with all applicable details filled in.
ORDERS WITHOUT THE ABOVE DETAILS COMPLETE WILL BE IGNORED.

Backing out:
♥ Cancelling of orders and backing out will be fined.
-Cancelling of instocks will be fined $3 if I can find another buyer OR ELSE you'll still have to pay for it.
-Cancelling of spree or pre-orders will be fined $10 depending on the price of the item.
-Taiwanese Idols merchandises/albums are considered pre-orders.


Refunds and Fines

Refunds:
♥ All items sold are NOT exchangeable or refundable.
♥ Refunds will be given ONLY if the items you ordered are OOS.
♥ Payment made before cancelling of orders will have either half OR no refunds.

Fines:
♥ Shoppe-cp reserves the right to impose a fine if you're late or unable to make it for meetups without prior notice.
Cost of fines vary with the distance and time I have to travel/have waited.
-Fines will also be imposed if you keep cancelling and making new orders.


Sprees

All orders and payments are to be sent and made at least 2 days before the deadline.
Last minute orders can be made before the deadline and payment made the next day.
All payment for sprees must be made within 3 days after your order is sent in or I will assume that you are giving up on your order.

Sprees which are not stated under Spree Status will not be receiving any orders.


Swaps

Asking for swaps:
♥ If your item-for-swap is cheaper than mine, you MUST top up the difference.
An additional $2 swapping fee must be paid to me unless I'm very interested in your item.
